Pets. Wolf, Great Wolf and Fenrir

Basic information

Upon reaching level 15 in the game, the player can get their first pet - a wolf. Summon it during leveling so that it gains experience, do not forget to feed it. You should estimate the time and resources required to level a wolf before deciding to get one:

  • The wolf takes 30% the owner's experience, which can slow down his leveling up

  • Due to the nature of the game, the wolf will lag behind the owner in level and receive an experience penalty, which will further increase the gap. To avoid this, you will have to linger on some levels or use another character to level up the wolf

  • To effectively use a wolf in combat, good equipment is needed, which must be purchased.

There are two options for getting a wolf.: buy a collar or complete a quest. When buying a collar, you need to keep in mind that its description will show the wolf's level, but not its name, so there is a risk of getting a pet with an inappropriate nickname. If you don't have money to buy one, you can complete a quest at the Matrin NPC in Gludin to get a pet.

Pet management

Summoning and recalling To summon a wolf in the game, you need to click on the collar or necklace in the character's inventory or on the skill panel. However, if the character is in battle or other creatures have already been summoned, you will not be able to summon the wolf. If the pet has already been summoned, it can be recalled using a special action, which is located in the pet window. When the character leaves the game, the wolf is automatically recalled, except when the pet is in a dead state. Controls To control a pet in the game, you need to open the pet window, which can be called by clicking on the wolf or the pet status window. This window contains pet control commands. For more convenient use of commands, they can be moved to the skill panel.

Name - Enter the pet's name The game has a feature that allows you to name your pet. The name cannot contain more than 16 characters and must be unique, i.e. not repeated with the names of other pets. Once the name has been set, it can no longer be changed.

Warning: The wolf will not obey the owner if the character is 20 or more levels younger than the pet.

Feeding A wolf pet needs food, just like any other living creature. If the hunger indicator drops below 50%, the wolf becomes hungry and stops obeying its owner. A hungry wolf becomes slower and less effective in attack. If the hunger indicator reaches zero, the pet will die and disappear. To avoid this, you need to monitor the pet's hunger status and feed it regularly. Wolf food can be purchased from an NPC that specializes in pets, which is located in every city. After purchasing food, drag it to the wolf's inventory, and it will eat it automatically when its hunger indicator drops to 55%. You can also feed the wolf manually by clicking on the food in the pet's inventory. To simplify the manual feeding process, you can place the food on the skill bar. Using the inventory Pets have their own inventory, in which they can store various equipment, food, and other items. You can put healing potions in your wolf's inventory to keep it healthy in battle, but the wolf will not use them on its own. To use healing potions, antidotes, or potions to increase running and attack speed, you must put them on the skill bar or keep the pet inventory window open to use them at the right time. Equipment To enhance your pet's combat abilities, you can buy weapons and armor for it from pet specialists in town. The wolf can use special weapons, armor, and decorations of any size and age. To equip your pet, drag the desired item to its inventory and right-click on it. The equipped item will be highlighted and will remain in the inventory even after the pet is recalled. If the pet runs away due to hunger or death, all equipment will be placed in the character's warehouse. Don't forget to buy Beast Soulshot to increase your pet's damage.

If there are items left in the pet's inventory, it is not possible to transfer the wolf collar or necklace to another player. Please note this when transferring ownership of a pet or exchanging items. It is recommended to first get rid of all items in the pet's inventory and then transfer it to another player.

Leveling The wolf may not participate in farming, it receives a fixed percentage of experience. When the owner and the wolf kill a monster or raid boss, the wolf receives 30% of the experience received by the owner, if there is no penalty for the difference in levels.

To avoid the penalty, the wolf must be no older than 4 levels and no younger than 19 levels relative to the owner's level.

If the difference in levels exceeds the specified range, the proportions of sharing experience between the pet and the owner change, but specific data may differ on different servers. It is worth noting that experience for completing tasks is not counted for pets. Evolution The game has the ability to evolve a pet into a Great Wolf at level 55 for wolves and at level 70 for Fenrir. To carry out the evolution, you need to contact the Pet Specialist and select the "Pet Evolution" option. Before starting the evolution, you must make sure that the character has only one collar in the inventory, as well as summon the pet and remove all items from its inventory. Death, resurrection and disappearance A wolf, like any living creature, can die. If a wolf dies, it will remain at the place of death and will not be called back, even if its owner leaves the game. If the character uses a teleport scroll, the wolf will be moved along with him. There are three ways to resurrect a pet:

If you do not feed your pet on time, its hunger level will reach a critical value and eventually it will run away. Also, if you leave your pet unattended in an open space, where it can encounter dangerous monsters and die. In both cases, the pet can run away forever and never return.

  • If a wolf dies and is not resurrected within 24 hours, it is considered lost forever. In this case, you will have to get a new pet.

  • The hunger indicator has dropped to zero

If the wolf runs away permanently or is not resurrected within 24 hours of death, the pet's collar or necklace will disappear from the character's inventory. All items in the wolf's inventory will be moved to the character's warehouse.

Wolf(15 - 55 level.)

The wolf is an indispensable companion for spoilers and supports due to its high physical attack. However, the wolf also has its drawbacks, such as low physical defense and limited health. In the early stages of the game, leveling up a wolf can be quite laborious, as it can be accompanied by nerves, tears and expenses on resurrection scrolls. There is special equipment for wolves, including weapons, armor and jewelry, which can be purchased from Pet Specialist NPCs in each city. If the best items are too expensive for you, you can buy more affordable options and gradually improve them. The cost of equipment and improvements is listed at the end of the article.

Great Wolf (55 -70 level.)

When a Wolf reaches the second stage of development, it evolves into a Great Wolf. The Great Wolf has significantly higher stats than a normal Wolf, and with the right equipment can become a powerful attacker. It can wear both normal Wolf equipment and the improved Great Wolf equipment, which can be purchased from the Pet Specialist NPC. Also, remember that Great Wolves can only eat Great Wolf Food, and normal Wolf food is not suitable for them. Great Wolf Leveling: Receives 35% of the experience from its master.

Along with evolution, the Great Wolf gains new skills:

Fenrir(70 -80 level.)

Fenrir's leveling speed is the same as that of the Great Wolf - he receives 35% of the experience from his master.

Kookaburra, Cougar, Buffalo.

Basic information In the game, each player can have a small pet, such as a kookaburra, cougar or buffalo. During the game, the pet will grow and develop, learn to buff, restore mana and health of its owner, and become a useful assistant in battles against monsters. Do not forget to call the pet during the game to share experience, and feed it so that it grows and becomes an indispensable companion in your adventures. Kookaburra, Cougar and Buffalo receive 30% of the experience from the owner. In addition, in the game, baby pets are especially vulnerable to aggressive monsters, and therefore often become their target.

To avoid a penalty, the pet must be no older than 4 levels and no younger than 19 levels relative to the owner's level.

If you are interested in getting one of these creatures as a pet, there are four ways to get one:

  1. Complete the quest

  • For Kookaburra - Helping a Son

  • For Cougar - Helping Sister

  • For the Buffalo - Helping Uncle

  1. Buy a ticket to get a pet in one of the clan halls:

  • For the Kookaburra - Dion, Fortifying the Guerrillas

  • For the cougar - Giran, Aden, Rune, Goddard, Fortress of the Restless, Ravaged Castle

  • For the buffalo - Gludin, Gludio, Shutgard, Bandit Camp, Rainbow Springs Palace

  1. Buying at the Market. It is important to know that the description of the item to be summoned at the Market only shows the level, but not the name of the pet. When buying a pet from another player, there is a risk of getting an animal with an inappropriate name. It is recommended to check with the seller the name of the pet, asking him to summon the animal before buying.
