  All rates are calculated from the base rate For example: Base Exp = x2 with PA you will have x2*1.2=x2.4 etc.

Premium account bonus in a party: The premium account bonus is divided proportionally among the entire party (arithmetical average). For example: 1 person with PA, 2 people without PA, Exp rates in the party will be: 2*1.2+2+2=9.9/3=2.13, etc.
